This article is part of WikiProject Evolutionary biology, an attempt at building a useful set of articles on evolutionary biology and its associated subfields such as population genetics, molecular evolution, phylogenetics, evolutionary developmental biology. It is distinct from the WikiProject Tree of Life in that it attempts to cover patterns, process and theory rather than systematics and taxonomy. Here are some open tasks that you can do to help improve this resource:
Expand some requested articles Work on expanding and updating the list of evolutionary biology topics Add articles to Category:Evolutionary biology (or its children such as Category:Population genetics, Category:Notable publications in evolutionary biology, Category:Selection). Help us structure the main Evolution article by joining the discussion at Talk:Evolution. Work on the zoology series, particularly on the History of zoology (before Darwin), and History of zoology (since Darwin) which were originally taken from the 1911 Britannica, and are woefully out of date but have some important historical information that is worth preserving.
