What's wrong with having this at Nagano? -- Zoe

There are quite a few links that point to Nagano the city but should really go to Nagano prefecture. Samples are Prefectures of Japan, Japan and Politics of Japan. The content of Nagano chiefly refers to the city not the prefecture, hence I moved it. synthetik
