Capsule volume discrepancy
Check out the following differing figures from the article, given for the Mercury capsule's volume:
- Spacecraft section: Only 12.13 cubic meters of volume (...)
- Data table: Volume: 60 ft³ 1.7 m³
I wonder if a typo might've crept into the Spacecraft sec's number. My guess so far is that the correct number should be, say, 1.213 m³, and that it represents the capsule's internal volume. Any comments? --Wernher 19:54, 12 Oct 2004 (UTC)
