Should Dr. Laura Schlessinger be linked [[Dr. Laura]] (her common name) or [[Laura Schlessinger]] (her real name) or [[Dr. Laura Schlessinger]] (the whole kit n' kaboodle)?
To my knowledge, we don't link to people with their titles. Someone like Dr. Ruth or Dr. Laura would be appropriate for REDIRECTs, in my opinion, but the primary entry should be under the given name. A counter example would be Queen Victoria, but I actually don't think it should be there, it should be Victoria I, but a REDIRECT, I guess makes sense.
Ow...good point. I think Dr. Laura Schlessinger. ALthough I'd rather ignore her existence... :-) Of course, if we're going to start down this path, is it Sally, Sally Jesse, Sally Jesse Raphael???JHK
Is there any "best practice" for dates? The attack on Iraq in 1991 started at 3am local time (January 17), 7pm Washington time (January 16). If you consider Operation Desert Storm more as media event, then Jan 16 is correct as the starting date. But I personally would prefer local time for local events, and GMT for global ones.
